Catering Booking Form


Please complete your event details and return a signed copy of your order via email or fax. 

Confirmation will be sent back along with a tax invoice and request for
payment to be made.

*Please note that we require full payment for
catering numbers to be made before the event
and upon confirmation of the booking.

Should catering numbers increase on the day please advise us as
soon as you can as we will only cater for confirmed numbers.

**Additional charges will apply for increased catering
items on the day of event.

Please advise us if you have any special
catering requirements, food allergies or dietary needs

Payments can be made with Paypal with Debit / Credit card or Electronic Funds Transfer, Direct Deposit

All payments are processed through Paypal secure
merchant banking facilities.

Additional charges (catering & beverages) can be paid with 
cash on the day of your event.
